Tom Hood

Raised in the Village of Gurnee, Attorney Thomas B. Hood has been practicing law in the community with fairness and integrity for over 30 years.  Tom, a graduate of Warren Township High School, earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois (Champaign and Chicago), and received his Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

A family man and community leader, Tom believes in building honest, open, long-term relationships with his clients that continue from one generation to the next.  As your attorney he is personally involved in your case and will be an advocate for you and your legal rights.

Tom and his wife Pam live in Gurnee, and together they raised two adult sons, Zak and Dan.

Dan Hood

Attorney Daniel J. Hood graduated with honors from The John Marshall Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree. He received his undergraduate degree from Trinity Christian College, graduating with honors and earning the highest GPA in the Criminal Justice program.

Dan joined Hood Law in 2018 after interning with the Lake County State’s Attorney’s office and the Lake County judicial internship program. Dan enjoys practicing the law and especially likes litigation.

As your attorney, Dan is committed to being personally involved in your case and will vigorously advocate for you and your legal rights.

Dan lives in Gurnee with his wife Kaitlin.
